New Illustrations for Spring
Last year I was very busy with a variety of projects for some lovely clients and now I can finally share some of them. I have some really lovely new designs out for spring which I’m so excited to share.
I have two very springy puzzles now available with Puzzlefolk. I’ve been wanting to illustrate a puzzle for quite some time, so this job was such a dream come true. I had so much fun working on these puzzles and I learnt so much from working with Jaquel, the owner of Puzzlefolk. These two scenes were inspired by springtime in New York, one scene depicts Central Park and the other a tree lined street of Brooklyn brownstones. I had lots of fun filling the scenes with cute characters and little narratives.
I’ve been working with Biely and Shoaf for a little while and I always love our collaborations. I’ve added several new designs to my collection with them, including Mother’s and Father’s Day cards. The Mother’s Day card features more blossom, and shows a mother and daughter choosing some delicious Mother’s Day treats. The Father’s Day card shows a Dad with a little one on their shoulders looking across a beautiful lake. This piece was inspired by a photo of my husband and my son when he was little, on a trip to a country park.
And finally, I’m very excited to announce that I’ve been working with Legacy and their sister company On The Bright Side on a range of greetings cards, notebooks, sketchbook, and bookmarks. The range of birthday cards includes flower markets, bakeries and dog walking, all the things I love. These cards feature some lovely details like gold foiling and detachable bookmarks.
